Chasity is hands down the only realtor I would use or recommend in middle TN! After having a pretty bad real estate experience we found Chasity when we were in a big pickle. She worked absolute magic to help us! She helped us sell our house and helped us purchase a new home and was amazing on both sides! Her marketing and professionalism was stellar on selling our house. She was very communicative and did everything she could to find the perfect buyers for our house. Her photographer and marketing ideas were honestly above and beyond every expectation! As for the purchasing a home she again was amazing! She went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure the whole transaction went well. Even when we all thought things might go south (which was 100% not her fault) she still found a way to make everyone happy and get the deal closed. When she says she will fight for you she means it! Chasity truly cares about her clients and it shows. She is the hardest working Realtor I’ve met and there is no one else I would trust with my largest asset! 100% would recommend and would definitely go back to her for any real estate needs!
